The Stokes Family YMCA invites you to the 20th Annual King of the Hill 5K/10K. The YMCA will provide a safe, quality event to accommodate the serious competitor as well as athletes of all levels. Our race gives back to our community by offering funding for our Livestrong Cancer Survivor program. If a challenge is what you are seeking, this race is for you! Will you take the crown this year?

This year's Healthy Kids 1 Mile Fun Run and Obstacle Course is a safe, quality event for athletes of pint-size proportion for Pre-K to 5th Grade (Ages 3-10). *Shirts are guaranteed to the first 300 5K/10K participants who register by August 31. Online registration ends Tuesday, September 10 at 6PM. Race packets are available for early pick-up on Friday, September 13 from 2-6 PM and on race day from 6:30 - 7:15 at Stokes Family YMCA, 105 Moore Road, King, NC.

Restrooms and Aid StationsRestrooms, changing and shower facilities are available at the Stokes Family YMCA. Childcare will be available from 7:15-11 AM the day of the race. Aid stations will be located throughout the course.

A 12-week research-based program offers people affected by cancer a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person. The program is no cost and includes a free YMCA membership for the session's duration.
